About Xanto

SG Xanto vom Floyd Haus IGP3 is the product of decades of careful breeding selection and experience, virtually unmatched in the United States. He hails from the renowned vom Floyd Haus German Shepherd kennel, specifically known for producing dogs that have amazing temperaments while maintaining high level competition ability. His pedigree is exceptional: his sire, Zar, is a WUSV world team competitor and the son of the legendary Henrik vom Wolfsheim. His mother, Demi, placed second at a USCA National Championship and is the daughter of Extreme Orex Aykmar—herself a proven producer of outstanding dogs.
Xanto was bred and is handled by the legendary trainer, breeder, and multiple IGP world team competitor, T. Floyd. Xanto’s temperament is outstanding: he is confident, highly driven, environmentally stable, with great nerves and is exceptionally strong in protection—earning multiple “Helper’s Favorite” awards at national championships, a unique feat. His solid nerves and engaging presence make him a favorite wherever he goes, winning over both spectators and fellow dog sport competitors. He is safe, social, and interacts well with both people and other dogs.
In addition to his remarkable working ability and temperament, Xanto is in excellent health, with no known allergies or digestive issues. He also has correct conformation and a very good, SG-rated structure.

It’s not often when breeding to any dog that you also get to meet the generation prior that produced that stud. While visiting the legendary vom Floyd Haus kennel in New Jersey I got to meet both Demi & Zar— Xanto’s well accomplished & incredible parents. T Floyd actively competed with Demi in her prime (pictured here at 10 years old), including coming in second place at a USCA National IGP championship, an uncommon podium position for a female. While I was there T told me that she was one of the best females he’s ever owned— quite the statement. Zar is Olu Floyd’s active national & world level competition dog. Together, they represented the USA on the 2022 WUSV World Championship team and continue competing at national events & enjoying fun truck rides. Zar is an everything dog— down for whatever the situation calls for, a true example of the versatility the German Shepherd dog can possess. Meeting Xanto, Zar, & Demi was truly an honor.

About Cheyenne
I wish I could capture in words how special this dog is. She’s one of those dogs you just have to meet to appreciate all she brings to the table. Very confident, comfortable, happy dog that is very social and biddable. She handles pressure & stress exceptionally, rolls with the punches, & keeps going/is forgiving. Very high prey drive and adores the work. She is truly a joy to train cause she just loves it so much. She is excellent in the house— settles right away in any new environment I’ve taken her in and is happy to just enjoy company. Loves children & has stable nerves. She’s the type of dog that, should someone’s kids come running up without permission, I would have zero concerns about her engagement with them. Cheyenne gets along well with other dogs and enjoys playing with them when allowed. I went through Mario Gomes’ training program with her to get to her IGP1 title.

Born May 31, these puppies are ready for their new homes in early August of 2025. There are 3 males and 7 females. It was a live cover (in-person) breeding.
Cheyenne and Xanto produced dark sables and black & tan puppies. We are expecting this pairing to produce puppies that are biddable & good natured, with sound temperaments, friendly and open dispositions, high drive, and be suitable for a variety of jobs. Producing structurally beautiful dogs with a balanced temperament that can be excellent in the house and a fantastic competition or working dog is a major goal for this breeding.
